Joe Ennis
General Manager, United Sciences Testing, Inc.

Joe Ennis became general manager of United Sciences Testing, Inc. (USTI) on July 1, 2011.

Joe is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business including the oversight of personnel, contracts, equipment maintenance, sales and ongoing research and development.

Joe has over 32 years experience with American Electric Power (AEP). Prior to his current position, Joe was a Project Director in American Electric Power’s (AEP’s) Project and Controls organization responsible for major capital projects including air pollution control retrofit and new generation projects. Previously, Joe held a variety of engineering and management positions within AEP’s Major Projects and Engineering organizations.

Joe graduated from both the University of Pittsburgh and Ohio State University with degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering respectively. He is a certified Project Management Professional and also a registered engineer in multiple states.
