Mike Ray, Marketing/Customer Service Coordinator, joined the United Sciences Testing, Inc. (USTI) team in August 2005.  He spent his first year in the field performing and learning about automated flow RATA testing.  In January 2007, Mike began the transition from the field to the office when we accepted his current position.

As Marketing/Customer Service Coordinator, Mike is responsible for marketing and sales as well as maintaining communication and providing customer service to clients.  He also prepares price quotations, responses to RFPs and conducts pretest sites visits.

Mike is an alumnus of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  He is also a Qualified Source Testing Individual (QSTI), having successfully passed the Source Evaluation Society’s Group 1 Exam.  Mike is qualified in manual gas volume measurements and isokinetic particulate sampling methods (flow RATA only) and still performs field work as needed.
