You can contract with USTI to calibrate your continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for you, or USTI will lease you its AUTO-PROBE Q2000 system and train your employees to conduct your own audits.

USTI's services can enable you to realize all of the above.

USTI has developed a unique, fully automated 40 CFR Part 75 flow measurement audit system. The audit system enables relative accuracy test audits (RATA) to be performed much faster and far more accurately than is possible using U.S. EPA test methods with a manual test team.

USTI provides a patented, repeatable process that has been accepted for U.S. EPA Test Method 2 or 2G, 2H and CTM-041.

USTI can assist you in either of two ways:

  1. Auditing services. You can contract with USTI to calibrate the flow portion of your continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for you. We will also arrange for gas RATA testing upon request.

  2. Leasing services. USTI will lease its AUTO-PROBE Q2000 system to utilities with their own internal test teams and train your employees to conduct your own flow audits.
